From Kitchen Bedlam to Space & Views
Problem: Our client struggled with an outdated kitchen, it had very little storage, limited counter space, and too many appliances left out creating more clutter. The entire area was difficult to move around in and the odd angles complicated the workflow. The client who lives near the beach wanted to maximize not just efficiency in the kitchen but also the views. Among the requirements were a clean, yet textured feel, with a color palette favoring deep, rich blues and crisp whites.
Solution and Results: We relocated a wall and aligned the cabinets with a structural column. This added a completely accessible, full height corner cabinet and several feet of space to the kitchen and living room. We redesigned the island adding seating, sleek storage, a pot filler, and an integrated cooktop with “look and cook” views to the ocean. An expandable, bespoke end grain rolling table and bench and new almost full height and width folding glass doors were designed to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience with maximum views.

Closet Chaos now Refined Repositories
Problem: Our client appreciates structure, organization, high-quality design, and premium items. Living in New York City, the lack of a dedicated coat closet quickly became an issue — especially with seasonal outerwear needing a proper place near the entry. In the primary suite, storage was also falling short: the existing closets were small, with shallow shelving, leading to clutter and a space that felt unrefined.
Solution & Results: We closed off the original entry to the primary suite and repurposed that space into a generous, well-integrated coat closet — perfectly suited for New York living. In the bedroom, the closets were expanded and redesigned to feel more substantial and intentional.
To elevate the overall look, we partnered with a master artisan woodworker to create custom floor-to-ceiling slatted panels. Doors my client had seen at his hotel in Bali served as inspiration, each piece carefully cut and installed wall-to-wall. The same finish was carried into the primary bathroom using solid applications, creating a cohesive and calm visual flow throughout.
The end result is a home that feels organized, functional, and thoughtfully designed — where every element has a purpose and a sense of quiet refinement.

Vacant to Verdant
Problem: These clients enjoy the outdoors and nature, but instead of views of greenery they had a severe slope where nothing grew. The entire area was unwalkable, unusable, and undesirable.
Solution and Results: We combined regrading and terracing to seamlessly achieve a beautifully usable space. Wide organic paths of large, thick, anthracite pavers guide them to every area of this equanimous garden. We created several large planters using a deconstructed chicken coop for this now lush water smart desert oasis rich with succulents and cacti in colorful hues from blues to greens, pinks and yellows. There’s also a prime seating area at the top to enjoy views of the garden, and the nearby ocean.
